Like many wild creatures when disturbed, this Roe Deer Hind ran then stopped and turned back for a look.

Having washed in the pond the resident male Blackbird finds a sheltered spot to sunbathe and dry off!


Damselflies – are seen frequently around the Loch in the warmer weather.

A pair of Herons feed between Lily Loch, Corby Loch and the small nearby pools. This one was ‘fishing’ at the roadside pool.
